Repair
If your equipment is not running as well as it once did, or it is running slowly I can bring your equioment up to speed. If your techs cannot fix your sealer don’t continue to buy un-needed parts hoping to solve the mystery, I can trouble shoot your problem, find the cause, and fix your equipment.
During this period of shortage of skilled mechanics you can set up scheduled preventative service to keep your equipment running and allowing your mechanics to maintain your other equipment. Monthly, quarterly, bi-annually or annually.
Training
I can train your Production crew on how to more efficiently run your MAP equipment and spot issues in your process.
I can train the QA department on how to visually determine if production is running the package with sufficient vacuum and are making good seals.
I can train your mechanics how to trouble shoot common issues, to better understand the wiring diagrams, how to make critical adjustments, and spot failing components before they fail.
Product Development
Before I started working with sealers in 2000 I worked for a large produce processing plant in Salinas CA and I was involved in product development, modified atmospheric packaging, I built the process water chlorination/ buffer system, organic produce ozone wash, and PAA process water systems, HACCP, Star-K Kosher certification, microbiological testing, and AIB inspections among other duties.
One of my duties has been assisting companies on new product development to ensure they have the correct process, temperature control, correct gas type/level, and correct OTR or barrier film to make their product successful.
If you are having shelf life issues I can help. If you have a new product and are not sure on your packaging process I can help.
I have been sent to Canada, Mexico, Argentina, South Korea, Germany, England, Ireland, Spain and Australia to help establish MAP programs.
