As a Field Service Engineer for more than 22 years I have more service experience than anyone at Company X. I have never found a problem on a sealer that I could not solve. I will never abandon a customer with equipment down like the factory does. When my customers call, I return the calls.

Training

Get training for your production team to increase productivity and keep your packages within product specs. Get training for your maintenance team to improve their understanding of the equipment and learn how to read the wiring diagrams and trouble shoot common problems. Parts are expensive and can be hard to come by, so don’t replace parts that are not broken; better knowledge saves money. I can recommend non-factory parts and modifications that factory techs cannot offer and I will honestly answer your questions.

With over 30 years of food processing and packaging experience I can help improve your process to maximize freshness and shelf life. I designed the original micro-perf Popeye ® brand fresh spinach bag that is still in use over 25 years later. Is your romaine turning bright pink in your nitrogen flushed salad mix? I can fix that.

I have built personal relationships with many of my customers and their families over the past 22 years that only a privately owned company like could develop and maintain. When the company went corporate they forgot about their customers and limited my ability to fully support them, so I chose to go private. My goal is to resolve your issues to increase up-time so that you and your team can enjoy more down-time off the job.
